Live Everyday Like You're on Vacation

"Live Everyday Like You're on Vacation." You can if you decide to move to Masons Bend, one of the newest neighborhoods built on historic Fort Mill land. Before being a highly desirable destination to settle down, it was a local trading center, well-known for its pottery and baskets, and fostered a habitat that enabled construction of the Lake Wylie dam. Pay attention as you walk along the Catawba River - you might find pieces of century-old coal that made its way over from the railroad tracks!

Its history is charming but what may be even more enticing is the abundance of outdoor activities at your fingertips. It's still in its early phases but it will one day boast a pool, clubhouse, children's park, canoeing, riverfront walking trail and more - plenty of opportunities for the whole family to get involved and opt for the outdoors.

Take a drive through the neighborhood and picture yourself enjoying this picture-perfect lifestyle - you may find yourself living among Crawfish Drive or Rocking Chair Lane before you know it!

Check out their Facebook to learn more.
