Thursday, Nov. 29
Lighting of the Fort Mill Christmas Tree
When: Thursday, 7-9pm
Where: Main St., Fort Mill
Details: Join Mayor Savage and Council as they welcome Santa and light the tree! Enjoy the hand-bell choir of First Baptist Church of Fort Mill, singing choirs by Riverview, Tega Cay, drum beats by Sugar Creek Elementary and dancing by Momentum Dance. There will be cocoa and cookies by Allen Tate of Fort Mill, followed by Santa on the Band Stand visiting with children. Learn more.
Meet Queen Elsa and Princess Anna at Southern Sugar
When: Thursday, 4-8pm
Where: 100 Main St., Fort Mill
Details: Head over to Southern Sugar to meet Queen Elsa and Princess Anna after the Tree Lighting (or before!)
Art, Family, Charity and Free Hot Chocolate at LOOM Coworking, Gallery and Event Space
When: Thursday, 4-9pm
Where: 120 Academy St. Suite 102, Fort Mill
Details: 4-7pm (Studios, 118 Academy): Arts and philanthropy event taking place for the All Access Playground. Snacks and drinks for kids (or big kids) provided. FMHS students will be helping with the art project being done. Kathryn Ritter's work will be on display.
6-7pm (Gallery, 120 Academy): Formal Gallery reception for Leonor Demori exhibit. Refreshments and beverages served. Meet the artist!
7:30-9:00pm (Gallery): Hot chocolate, cider, treats and more.

Live Music at Tipsy Barrel (not holiday but fun!)

Saturday, Dec. 1
Fort Mill Christmas Parade
When: Saturday, 11am-12pm
Where: Main St., Fort Mill
Details: Come to Tom Hall Street for the Annual Fort Mill Christmas Parade! This year’s Grand Marshals, Fort Mill’s Final Volunteer Fire Firefighters, will lead the parade through historic downtown Fort Mill. Learn more.
Candy Cane Hunt & Paws with Claus at the Anne Springs Close Greenway
When: Saturday, 10am-4pm
Where: 195 Adventure Rd. Fort Mill
Details: Enjoy a meet-and-greet with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a candy cane hunt, story time, songs with Mrs. Claus, photos with Santa, and s'mores around the fire. There are two candy cane hunt sessions: 10am-12pm and 12-2pm. Pets can join Santa for photos from 2-4pm. $15 per child, $10 for Greenway members. $5 special event parking fee applies. $10 suggested Paws with Claus sitting/portrait fee that benefits the Mary Warner Mack Dog Park.
