The Pump House rooftop brunch with a view

If you've been following us for a bit, you know that we can't stay away from The Pump House and their sister restaurant Napa at Kingsley. Their food is locally sourced, dishes are unique, and the quality and service are consistent.

We recently dined on the rooftop of The Pump House for Sunday brunch and felt extremely safe. It's semi open air, with fans and air conditioning pumping throughout the shaded area. An employee was constantly cleaning tables, chairs, elevator buttons, and door handles. We also noticed that every staff member was wearing their mask correctly (win!). We appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable dining experience!

Brunch is offered on Sundays from 11am-4pm, featuring a summer menu that offers fresh, savory, and sweet options - think local peach preserves atop french toast, sweet tea fried chicken, summer squash and heirloom tomatoes.

We started off with the unlimited mimosas for $13, then enjoyed:

  • French Toast - house-made brioche, peach preserves, syrup, powdered sugar, two eggs

  • Steak & Eggs - grilled hanger steak, two eggs, haricot verts, potato hash, cajun cream

  • Crab Cake Benedict - Carolina citrus slaw, poached eggs, hollandaise, potato hash

  • Chicken & Waffles - cheddar cheese, bacon & jalapeño waffle, sweet tea fried chicken, spicy syrup

All dishes were delicious and cooked to perfection! Check out their menu, and visit our Story Highlights on our Instagram Profile for a taste of our brunch experience.
