Caring Seasons Health: Now Accepting Patients!

Caring Seasons Health, a nonprofit hospice organization, located in the heart of downtown Fort Mill is happy to announce we are ready to serve patients in York and Lancaster counties. Physical, emotional, and spiritual services are provided to patients by an experienced clinical team that includes a doctor, nurse, patient and family advocate, and spiritual care coordinator.

Patients and their caregivers will receive the medication, supplies, and medical equipment needed to feel supported during a difficult time for many. Plus, education and training is also given to caregivers so they can feel confident caring for their loved one. One of the greatest advantages to hospice care is that it can be provided in any setting, whether that be in a home, assisted living, or skilled nursing home.
