Donatos Pizza and New York Butcher Shoppe coming to Fort Mill

The Overlook at Gold Hill has broken ground with plans to open its first phase in early 2024. The property, developed by Fort Mill based Vulcan Property Group, is located at 1024, 1038 and 1056 Gold Hill Rd., near the Pleasant Rd. intersection. You will soon be able to find:

• Donatos Pizza - An Ohio based pizza franchise famous for its Edge to Edge® toppings on a crispy golden thin crust.

• New York Butcher Shoppe - The concept’s fourth shop and second in South Carolina in addition to their popular Indian Land location. Expect hand-cut steaks, chicken and other meats, cheeses, prepared entrees, wine and more.

• A general dentistry office

The above three tenants will be joining The Goddard School that is relocating its current Gold Hill location to a new, larger building at The Overlook.
