Fort Mill/Rock Hill Memory Care Center Celebrates 2nd Year Anniversary

Are you living with dementia or know of someone who is? Magnolia Memory Care is a faith based, non-profit, which provides workshops and support for those living with dementia and their caregivers.

Our goal is to reach as many as we can who may need assistance with a loved one who has dementia. We have multiple “Minds Matter” day programs operating in Fort Mill with plans to open other sessions in Rock Hill and Indian Land. We also have multiple caregiver support groups and a proven resource network we can refer either caregivers or their loved ones to. There is no charge for the Caregiver Support group or resource referral.

Magnolia Memory Care Center is always accepting volunteers as well!
